Family members of otherwise eligible persons; family members are defined as: spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew. This also includes stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and adoptions. And "Household Members" are people living in the same residence as a single economic unit.
